A Bill entitled "An Act authorizing the County Commissioners of
Allegany County to convey to the Board of Education of Allegany
County, real property for the construction of a Junior High School when
it is determined that said property is no longer needed for County pur-
poses, except in the case of a cemetery. "

Senate Bill No. 13—By Senator Sanford:
A Bill entitled "An Act making an emergency appropriation from
the General Fund Surplus of the State Treasury for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 1962, in the amount of One Million Dollars ($1, 000, 000. 00)
to be used in the discretion of the Board of Public Works for relief
required because of or for the repair of damage resulting from natural
disaster; and relating generally to this appropriation and to the con-
ditions of its expenditure. "
