Section 577 of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1961
Supplement), title 'Crimes and Punishments', sub-title 'Trespass', to
change the penalty for the offense of wanton trespass on the private
property of another person in certain counties. "

House Bill No. 33—By Messrs. Caldwell, Cannon, Hanna, White, E. H.,
Acker, Barbee, Bennett, Bittner, Blades, Boyer, Brooks, Burkley,
Butler, Cohill, Combs, Corkran, Dowell, Eaton, Fowler, Geiger,
Hance, Harris, Harrison, Hickman, Joiner, Latham, Long, Lowe,
Mackie, Mason, Matthews, Merryweather, Mitchell, Moore, Pilchard,
Polk, Quinn, Risley, Savage and Wise:

A Bill entitled "An Act to add new Article 78C to the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), to follow immediately after Article
78B thereof and to be entitled 'Maryland Harness Racing Commission',
to establish a Maryland Harness Racing Commission to have jurisdic-
tion over trotting and pacing racing in the State, to authorize licensing
of harness racing tracks, and to provide for the regulation of harness
racing in this State. "

Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee on Rules.
