1516                       Certificates of Referenda

Now, Therefore, I, Theodore R. McKeldin, Governor of
Maryland, in pursuance of the authority and direction contained
in Section 1 of Article XIV of the Constitution of Maryland, do by
this my Proclamation hereby declare and proclaim that the greatest
number of votes having been cast in favor of the above recited Chap-
ters 416, 522 and 97, and each of them, the same as specifically set
forth in said Acts, have been and are duly ratified by the legal and
qualified voters of the State, and henceforth they, and each of them
shall become parts of the Constitution of the State of Maryland, as
in said Acts specifically set forth.

Given Under My Hand and the Great Seal of the State of
Maryland, at the City of Annapolis this 26th day
of November in the year of Our Lord, One Thousand
Nine Hundred and Fifty-Eight.
