NAME OF THE OWNER OR OWNERS OF THE PROPERTY
SHOWN ON SAID PLATS AS WELL AS THE NAME, IF ANY,
OF THE PROPERTY OR SUB-DIVISION.

219. The Clerk of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County
is hereby authorized and directed to procure suitable binders of

good quality and appropriate size for the insertion of the copies of

the plats referred to in this sub-title, and said Clerk shall cause a

full and complete index or indeses to be made and kept of the con-

tents of said binders. The said Clerk is further authorized and

directed to procure suitable lockable cabinets or files for the filing
and preservation of those copies of the said plats furnished on linen

tracing cloth. The said Clerk is further authorized and directed to

SHALL procure and maintain a machine or device of good quality for
reproducing exact copies of all plats filed in his office, and the cost of
said machine or device, and the aforesaid lockable cabinets, files and
binders,
MENTIONED IN SECTION 218 OF THUS SUB-HEAD-
ING, and the maintenance cost thereof, shall be paid out of the
revenues of his office. The said Clerk may furnish reproductions of
the plats
FILED OR recorded in his office to any official county
agency free of cost, and may furnish reproductions thereof to any
interested party upon payment of a reasonable fee therefor, such fees
to be accounted for as are all other fees of his said office.

220.    All plats recorded under the provisions of this sub title,
SUB-HEADING, and all plats now filed or recorded in said Clerk's
office shall have the same effect and validity as if recorded among
the Land, Mortgage or Judicial Records of said Clerk's office, and
certified copies of the plats recorded as provided in the preceding
Sections of this sub title,
SUB-HEADING, or previously filed or
recorded in said Clerk's office under the laws previously applicable
thereto, shall be receivable in evidence before any tribunal to the
same effect as the original or certified copies of other records in
said office.

221.    The Clerk of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County,
with the approval of the Comptroller of the State of Maryland, may
employ the services of a competent person to make, on acceptable
linen tracing cloth, true and accurate copies of all plats heretofore
recorded in his office under the provisions of the laws previously
applicable thereto, said copies to be made
FILED and recorded
[NDEXED in accordance with the provisions of Sections 217 and
218 of this sub title
SUB-HEADING. Wherever any such plat pre-
viously recorded is of such size that a reproduction thereof in its
entirety to a size of 18 inches by 24 inches is impractical, such plat
shall be reproduced in suitable sections, each to be of a size of 18
inches by 24 inches. The expenses incurred pursuant to this section
shall be paid out of the revenues of said Clerk's office.

222.    Any plat left for recording with a deed or other legal in-
struments to be recorded among the Land Records of Anne Arundel
County must be drawn in ink, printed or lithographed upon accept-
able paper and shall not be greater in size than eight and one half
inches by thirteen inches.

223. Any person, firm or corporation failing to comply with the

terms of Section 217 of this sub title WHENEVER ANY PERSON,
