TION OF THE BINDING EFFECT OF ANY DETERMINATION
MADE BY AN EMERGENCY BOARD OF ARBITRATION, ETC.

Amendments to House Bill No. 15
By the Judicial Proceedings Committee:
Amendment No. 1. On page 2 of the printed bill strike therefrom all
italicized matter contained in lines 5 through 8.
Which amendment was read and concurred in.
Amendment No. 2. Strike from page 2 of the printed bill the bracket
which appears in line 11 thereof and the bracket which appears in line 15
thereof and strike all italicized matter appearing in lines 15 through 20.
Which amendment was read and concurred in.
Amendment No. 3. Strike the period on line 21, substitute a semicolon
and add therefater the following: "provided, however, that in the event,
within a period of five days after notice to do so by the Governor, either
or both of the parties shall fail or refuse to make any appointment, or an
appointee or appointees shall fail or refuse to strike from a list as herein-
before provided, then and in any of such events, the Governor shall
promptly appoint a member or members for the party or parties so failing
or refusing to appoint or shall appoint a member or members to serve
thereafter in the place and stead of any member or members who shall
fail or refuse to strike from a list as hereinbefore provided."

amendments.
