(e) The three full-time Judges of the People's Court of Mont-
gomery County shall not engage in the private practice of law during
their terms of office, and the Substitute Judge shall not practice
before the People's Court during his term of office.

92B. The Judges of the People's Court of Montgomery County ex-
cept the People's Court Judge for Juvenile Causes, shall have all the
authority, powers, civil, criminal and juvenile jurisdiction, in the
whole of said County, heretofore vested in the Justices of the Peace
and Trial Magistrates of said County, and they shall further have the
power to suspend sentence and/or costs in any case within their juris-
diction, either before or at any time after judgment has been pro-
nounced.
THE LAWS WHICH HERETOFORE HAVE SPECI-
FIED THE FEES CHARGEABLE BY TRIAL MAGISTRATES
AND JUSTICES OF THE PEACE IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY
AND ALSO THE LAWS PREVIOUSLY CONCERNING THE
RIGHT OF APPEAL FROM TRIAL MAGISTRATES AND JUS-
TICES OF THE PEACE IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY SHALL
CONTINUE IN ALL RESPECTS TO BE EFFECTIVE AS TO
THE PEOPLE'S COURT OF MONTGOMERY COUNTY HEREIN
CREATED.

100. (Montgomery County.) (1) There shall be three full-time
Judges of the People's Court of Montgomery County, each of whom
shall receive a salary of $10,000 per year.

(2)   The Judges of the People's Court of Montgomery County,
except the People's Court Judge for Juvenile Causes, shall make a
circuit, sitting in Rockville, Bethesda and Silver Spring, as often and
for such periods of time as may be required by the work of the Court;
PROVIDED THAT ONE JUDGE SHALL SIT IN TAKOMA PARK
AT LEAST PART OF ONE DAY EACH WEEK FOR THE TRIAL
OF TRAFFIC AND CRIMINAL CASES.

(3)  One of the Judges of the People's Court of Montgomery County
shall be known as the People's Court Judge for Juvenile Causes,
and shall hear only juvenile causes. He shall sit at Rockville, and
possess such qualifications, and powers, and have such duties as are
prescribed for the Judge for Juvenile Causes of the People's Court of
Montgomery County by Sections 91 and 92A of this Article, and by
Article 26, sub-title "Judge for Juvenile Causes of Montgomery
County", as enacted herewith.

(k) The Judges of the People's Court of Montgomery County,
except the Judge for Juvenile Causes shall arrange their dockets in
such manner that a separate day or days, or part of a day of each
week, in each court of the circuit, shall be devoted exclusively to the
hearing of civil cases, criminal cases (except juvenile causes) and
traffic cases arising under Article 66 1/2 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1951 Edition, as amended from time to time), respectively,
as the volume and kind of cases may from time to time require.

(5) The Sheriff of Montgomery County, Chief Deputy, and all
other deputies are hereby authorized, directed and required to serve
all civil process issued by said Judges, but this paragraph shall not
apply to process issued by the Judge of the People's Court for Juvenile
Causes.
