Resolution directing the Librarian to furnish the Court
of Appeals four copies of the Maryland Reports, as
they are hereafter published.

Resolved, by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Librarian be and he is hereby directed to fur-
nish to the Court of Appeals four copies of the Mary-
land Reports, as they are hereafter published.

And he is hereby further directed to furnish a copy of
the Maryland Reports, and a copy of the Decisions of
Chancellor Johnson, for the office of the clerk of the
Circuit Court for Baltimore city.

Resolution requesting the Governor to issue a commis-
sion to the Hon. James A. Pearce, as Senator of the
United States.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Governor be, and he is hereby requested to
issue a commission in the usual form to the Hon. James
A. Pearce, as Senator to represent this State in the Con-
gress of the United States for six years from the fourth
of March, eighteen hundred and fifty-five.
