CHAP. 70.
|
man, late of Frederick county, died seized of a house
and lot of ground lying and being in said county; and
whereas, Deford Pinkson, James Pinkson and Francis
Pinkson of Baltimore .county, in the State aforesaid,
being the sole heirs of the said deceased did, on the
eighteenth day of September, eighteen hundred and
thirty-four, execute a deed conveying the said house
and lot to Doctor Augustine Taney, in trust for the use
of Jerry Meyers and his wife Charity, during their
lives, and after their deaths for the use of Letty Meyers,
a daughter of said Jerry and Charily, her heirs or
assigns forever; and whereas, the said Jerry Meyers and
his wife Charity have since died — Therefore,

convey.
|
SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That it shall and may be
lawful for the said Doctor Augustine Taney, to convey
the said house and lot of ground to the said Letty
Meyers, her heirs or assigns.

An act entitled, an act to repeal the act of December
session eighteen hundred and forty-six, chapter one
hundred and sixty-two, entitled, a further supplement
to the several acts relating to the Commissioners of
Baltimore County.

Repealed.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the act entitled, a further supplement to the several
acts relating to the commissioners of Baltimore county,
passed at December session eighteen hundred and forty-
six, chapter one hundred and sixty-two, and every part
thereof, be and the same is hereby repealed

and five, entitled, an act to incorporate the Maryland
Hospital.

That at all meetings of the board of the Maryland
Hospital, which consists of a president, vice president
