in the Baltimore and Susquehanna Rail Road Company.
Resolved, That the President of the Senate and the
Speaker oi the House of Delegates address a joint let-
ter to each of the above named gentlemen, informing
them respectively of their appointment.

Resolutions appointing State Agents to vote the stock
of the State in Joint Stock Companies.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
Samuel Sprigg, Tench Tilghman, William Van Lear,
A. Bowie Davis and William T. Goldsborough be, and
they are hereby appointed agents to vote the stock of
this State, in all joint slock companies in which the
State has any inierest.
Resolved, That the President of the Senate and the
Speaker of the House of Delegates, address a joint let-
ter, informing the above named gentlemen of their elec-
tion.
