ASSENTED TO BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND
AT DECEMBER SESSION, A. D. 1846,

No. 1.

Resolution in favor of Samuel Whittington.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of Maryland, be directed to pay to Samuel
Whittington, the sum of seventeen dollars, in considera-
tion of his expenses and services in attending this House
at the present session.

Resolution in favor of the Members of the General As-
sembly, and their officers.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is hereby
authorised to pay to the members of this General As-
sembly, and the several officers thereof, or to their res-
pective orders, any sum or sums of money now due to
them respectively, and for which they shall obtain certifi-
cates from the chairman of the committee on Claims, of
the present House of Delegates.
