ACTS OF ASSEMBLY— The third and fourth sec-

tions of the act passed 23d March, 1839,

to vest certain powers in the corporation

of the city of Baltimore in relation to

streets repealed, and no proceeding under

any ordinance of the Mayor and City

Council already executed pending or to

be taken in relation to any street, &c. shall

be open to objection &c. by reason of non-

compliance, &c. with the two said sec-

tions or either of them, &c.
