Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of Maryland be and he is hereby autho-
rised and directed to pay over to the above named par-
ties the several sums respectively set opposite their sev-
eral names, amounting in the aggregate to one hundred
and sixty-four dollars, through the branch bank at Fred-
erick City, for which sums the several checks of the
above parties respectively shall be a good receipt and
acquittance.
