1894 CERTIFICATES OF REFERENDA
1951, Ch. 94—Brunswick
OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE
To the Clerk of the Court of Appeals:
I, JOHN R. REEVES, SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE STATE OF
MARYLAND, pursuant to the direction contained in Section
203 of Article 33 of the Code of Maryland (1947 Edition)
DO HEREBY CERTIFY, That at an Election held in the
Town of Brunswick, Frederick County, Maryland, August
7, 1951, an Act known as Chapter 94 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1951, was submitted to
the voters of the Town of Brunswick, Frederick County,
Maryland, for their adoption or rejection, under the pro-
visions of Chapter 94 of the Acts of 1951, said Act being:
"An Act to increase the salary of the Mayor and Council
of Brunswick".
AND I DO CERTIFY, That at said election 161 votes were
cast in favor of the adoption of Chapter 94 of the Acts of
1951, and 62 votes were cast against the adoption of the
said Act; and a majority of the votes being cast in favor of
the adoption of Chapter 94 of the Acts of 1951, it has there-
fore been ratified.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto sub-

State's Seal) 13th day of June, 1952.
