Section 1246-A—87 votes were cast in favor of the
adoption of Section 1246-A and 30 votes were cast,
against the adoption.

A majority of the votes being cast in favor of the adoption
of the said Chapter 46 of the Acts of 1953, the said Act has,
therefore, been ratified by the voters of the Town of Seat
Pleasant.
