duties of his office, take and subscribe before a Judge or Clerk
of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, an oath that
he will keep secret all matters and things pertaining to the-
said State's Attorney's office.
Any Assistant State's Attorney, appointed as afore-
said, who shall violate any of the provisions of the preceding
sections with regard to secrecy shall be deemed guilty of a mis-
demeanor and on conviction thereof shall be fined not exceeding
One Thousand Dollars ($1, 000. 00), or imprisoned for not more
than one year, or both.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, SUB-
SECTION 148A (c) AND Sub-section 148D (a) of Article
2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement),
title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Dorchester County
Dispensary", said sub-section 148D (a) having been amended
by Chapter 229 of the Acts of 1949, increasing the amount of
the Reserve Fund to be created and maintained by the Liquor
Control Board of Dorchester County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sub-section 148A (c) AND SUB-SECTION 148D
(a) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947
Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Dorchester
County Dispensary", said sub-section 148D (a) having been
amended by Chapter 229 of the Acts of 1949, be and it is

amendments, to read as follows:
148. (c) THE BOARD SHALL ESTABLISH AND
MAINTAIN ONE STORE, LOCATED WITHIN THE
