SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the person appoint-
ed trustee by the orphans' court as above provided,
shall before proceeding to act, give bond with security,
to be approved by said court, conditioned for the faith-

ful performance of his duty as trustee, and shall make
oath before some justice of the peace, or judge of the
orphans' court, to make a fair sale of said estate, hav-
ing first given three weeks notice by advertisement, to
be inserted in some newspaper published in the city of
Baltimore, of the time and terms of said sale, and the

said trustee shall make a due return of all his proceed-
ings to the orphans' court as soon as may be after said

sale, and the proceeds of said sale, when received, shall
be paid over to the administrator or administratrix of
said William Brown, to be applied to the payment of
the debts of said William Brown, deceased.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That upon the payment of
the whole purchase money to the trustee, and not he-
fore, the said trustee is hereby authorised and empower-
ed to convey, by a good and sufficient deed, the estate
by him sold, to the purchaser or purchasers, his, her
or their heirs and assigns, in fee simple.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Edward P. Roberts, his associates, suc-
cessors and assigns, be, and they are hereby created a

use a common seal, and the same to alter and change

at their pleasure, and to ordain and establish such bye-
laws, rules and regulations as shall be necessary and
convenient for conducting the affairs of this corpora-
tion, not contrary to law.
