An act to empower the Mayor, Aldermen and Common
Council of Frederick, to sell the Market House in
West Patrick street, and apply the proceeds to the
erection of Public Pumps in Bentz Town, in Frede-
rick.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Mayor, Aldermen and Common
Council of Frederick be authorised, empowered and
required to sell, at public or private sale, as in their
judgment they may deem best, the market house situ-
ate in West Patrick street, in Frederick; and they are
