leading from the Forge Mill to Hagerstown, and thence
with said road to the fording at the Forge Mill where it in-
tersects the original location of said ninth election district.

CHAP. 264.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all that portion hereby
cut off from the said ninth election district, shall constitute
and form a part of the third election district; and it is here-
by made the duty of the commissioners of Washington
county to publish this act, at the expense of the county, at
least three weeks previous to the next election of delegates
to the General Assembly, in all the papers printed in said
county.
