The date of the said election shall be the first Monday of
May, 1949 and notice thereof shall be given by advertise-
ment in some newspaper having a circulation in the Town
of North Brentwood over a week for two successive weeks
prior to said election, and also by posting notice of such
elections at least one week before such election in at least
two places within the limits of each ward in said town.

There shall be printed on the ballots to be used at the
election heretofore mentioned, the title of this Act and
underneath said title on a separate line, a square or box to
the right of and opposite the words "For Fire Tax" and a
corresponding square or box to the right of and opposite the
words "Against Fire Tax", so that the voters shall be able to
designate by a cross mark in the proper square or box, his or
her decision for or against said increased tax rate.

If a majority of the votes cast on said question shall be
"For Fire Tax", then this Act shall become effective immedi-
ately. If a majority of the votes cast thereon shall be
"Against Fire Tax", then this Act shall be null and void and
of no effect whatsoever.

CHAPTER 603
(House Bill 625)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-section
(a) of Section 30 of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, 1947 Cumulative Supplement, title "Alcoholic
Beverages", sub-title "Local Licenses and License Provi-
sions"; to provide that in Prince George's County it shall
be unlawful, between certain hours, for persons under the
age of twenty-one years to enter or to remain upon the
premises of Class B and Class D license holders except
under certain conditions; and to provide that in Prince
George's County it shall be unlawful for any person under
the age of twenty-one years to purchase or possess, or to
enter premises of a licensee for the purpose of obtaining, or
to misrepresent his age for the purpose of obtaining alco-
holic beverages; and for any other person to misrepresent
the age of such person for the purpose of obtaining alcoholic
beverages for such person, or to obtain alcoholic beverages
for the use of such person.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sub-section (a) of Section 30 of Article 2B of the
