842 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 750

(a) Right Rev. Edwin T. Helfenstein, Bishop of
the Protestant Episcopal Church of Md., or his successor;

(b) St. Vincent's Male Orphan Asylum;

(c) Associated Jewish Charities of Baltimore;

(d) Little Sisters of the Poor of Baltimore City,
Maryland;

(e) Franciscan Sisters of Baltimore for use of
The Convent of Our Lady and St. Francis;

(f) Convention of the Protestant Episcopal
Church of the Diocese of Maryland;

(g) Aged Women's Home of the Church Home
and Infirmary;

(h) Protestant Episcopal Church of the Nativity,
Baltimore, Maryland.

22. To the gifts in remainder contained in the Last Will
and Testament of William M. Ellicott, deceased, late of
Baltimore City, of record in the Office of the Register of
Wills for said City in "Wills" Liber J.H.B. 214, folio 525,
viz:

(a) St. Ignatius Church, Baltimore, Maryland;

(b) Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore or
his successors.

23. To the gifts contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Frank J. Roll, deceased, late of Baltimore City, of
record in the Office of the Register of Wills for said City
in "Wills" Liber J.H.B. 216, folio 63, viz:

(a) St. Mary's Industrial School for Boys of the
City of Baltimore;

(b) Convent of Oblatp Sisters of Providence,
Baltimore, Maryland;

(c) Little Sisters of the Poor of Baltimore, Mary-
land ;

(d) Associated Professors of St. Mary's Semi-
nary of Baltimore City;

(e) Institute of Mission Helpers of Baltimore
City;

(f) The Redemptorists;
