362. An act to incorporate the Baltimore Gas Light Com-
pany of Guayquill.

363. An act making appropriations for the support of the
government for the year ending on the first day of January,
1862.

364. An act to authorize Edward Tennant and Morris O.
Colsten to keep a gate on a public road, in Talbot county.

365. An act to incorporate the Baltimore Marine Insurance
Company.

366. An act to refund to Levin West, of Frederick county,
State taxes erroneously paid to the collector of taxes of said
county.

367. An act to repeal the 72d, 73d, 74th, 75th, 76th, 77th,
and 78th sections of article 1st, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, relating to Flour inspection in the city of Cumberland,
in Allegany county.

368. A supplement to the first section of an act entitled, an
act to incorporate the Junior Fire Company of Frederick
county, passed March, 1839, chapter 303.

369. An act to amend the Code of Public Local Laws of
Somerset county, by adding thereto the following sections.

370. An act to allow Joshua C. Higgins, late Collector of
State and county taxes in the 1st election district of Prince
George's county, further time to complete his collections.

371. An act to authorise the Treasurer to pay to Joshua T.
Hynes, former sheriff of Baltimore county, a certain sum of
money.

372. An act in relation to the debt due to the State, from
the Tide Water Canal Company, and the Susquehanna Canal
Company.

373. An act entitled, an act to incorporate the town of Rocke-
ville, in Montgomery county.

374. An act appropriating a sum of money for the pay-
ment of the claims of Joseph C. White, Slyvester Mudd,
Samuel Hindes, George Jacobi, George E. Franklin, H. G.
Letourneau, John Lindenborn, James Wilson, Thomas P.
Hambleton, Robert J. Jump, Joseph H. Skinner, Henry
Medford, and James E. Tate.

375. An act for the relief of heirs of John Thawley, de-
ceased, former State collector for Caroline county.
