To the Cleric of the Court of Appeals:

I, BERTRAM L. BOONE, II., SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE STATE
OF MARYLAND, pursuant to the direction contained in Section
203 of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947
edition) DO HEREBY CERTIFY, That at an election held in the
Town of Forest Heights, Prince George's County, Maryland,
April 19, 1949, an Act known as Chapter 142 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland of 1949, was submitted to
the voters of the Town of Forest Heights, for their adoption
or rejection under the provisions thereof, said Act being:

An Act to incorporate the Town of Forest Heights and
to provide for the government thereof.

AND I DO CERTIFY, That at said election 126 votes were cast
in favor of the adoption of Chapter 142 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of 1949, and 52 votes were cast against the
adoption of said Act, and a majority being cast for the adop-
tion of the said referred law it has therefore been ratified by
the voters of the Town of Forest Heights.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto sub-
