488 JOINT RESOLUTIONS

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Commission on noxious fumes appointed pursuant to the pro-
visions of Joint Resolution No. 16 of 1949 be and the same
is hereby continued until the General Assembly shall convene
in 1951, the said Commission being requested to submit the
results of its work, together with any recommendations, to
the Legislative Council on or before October 1, 1950, if prac-
ticable, and to the General Assembly at the beginning of the
Regular Session of 1951.
