142, as shown on said plat, and continuing said course, for a
total distance of 330 feet, 2 inches, thence in a southerly direc-
tion 20 feet; thence in an easterly direction, to and binding on
the northernmost lines of lots 148, 149, 150, 151, and 152, and
continuing said course, for a total distance of 345 feet to the
westernmost outline of Lot No. 183, as shown on said plat;
thence in a northerly direction, and binding on the said lot,
about 245 feet, more or less, until said line intersects the west-
ernmost line of the Severn River Road, as shown on said plat;
thence binding on the westernmost outline of said Severn River
Road, and across the bed of said Luna Lane, to the place of
beginning; the above description being intended to include
certain portions of the bed of Luna Lane, a highway 20 feet
wide, as shown on the Plat above referred to.
(e) All of the 5 foot wide path leading from Hammond's
Ferry Road to Fort Meade Road near Shipley Station and de-
scribed as follows:
Beginning for the same at a point on the east side of the
Hammond's Ferry Road where the same is intersected by the
southeast side of the old W. B. & A. Electric Railway (now
abandoned) said point of beginning being also at the north-
west corner of the conveyance from Sarah L. Linthicum to
Grover C. Shipley and wife by deed dated July 16, 1936 and
recorded among the Land Records of Anne Arundel County,
Md. in Liber F. A. M. No. 153 Folio 107; thence running with
the northwest line as shown as a Plat of the property belong-
ing to G. Cleveland Shipley, South 85° 48' East, 150 feet to an
iron pipe found at the end of the North 85° 48' West, 173. 29
foot line of the conveyance from Grover C. Shipley and wife
to Edward F. Gilligan and wife, by deed dated May 20, 1939,
and recorded among the Land Records of Anne Arundel
County, Maryland, in Liber J. H. H. No. 202 folio 94, thence
running with said mentioned line reversed South 85° 48' East
131. 09 feet to a nail in the base of a 15" maple tree, thence leav-
ing said line and running across the land of said Edward F.
Gilligan South 52° 17' East, 48. 73 feet to a point on the north-
west side of the Fort Meade Road, thence running with the
said side of said last mentioned road South' 29° 46' West, 5. 06
feet to a point; thence leaving said last mentioned road and
running North 51° 17' West, 46. 68 feet to an Iron pipe there
set, said last mentioned pipe being distant South 4° 12' West,
5. 00 feet from the hereinbefore mentioned nail in a 15" maple
tree; thence running parallel with the first line of this de-
scription and distant 5 feet therefrom, North 85° 48' West,
279. 52 feet to an iron pipe found on said east side of the Ham-
mond Ferry Road; thence running with the said side of said
