AN ACT to repeal Section 6 of Article 88B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "State Police", re-
lating to employees transferred from the office of Commis-
sioner of Motor Vehicles to the Department of Maryland
State Police.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-section
(g) of Section 29 of Article 39 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Fish and Fisheries", sub-
title "Tidal Waters", relating to the removal of fish net
stakes.

CHAPTER 34.

(House Bill 125)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
302B of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939
Edition), title "Crimes and Punishments", sub-title "Gam-
ing", as said section was enacted by Chapter 318 of the Acts
of 1941, making it lawful to conduct the game or operate the
game of Bingo in Howard County for certain purposes.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 302B of Article 27 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Crimes and Punishments",
sub-title "Gaming', as said section was enacted by Chapter 318
of the Acts of 1941, be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:

302B. Nothing in this sub-title shall be construed to make it
unlawful for any bona fide fraternal, religious, patriotic, edu-
cational or charitable organizations or corporations, or volun-
