Mr. Pumphrey moved to reconsider the vote by which the order
to make Mr. Raymond H. Miller Chief Clerk was adopted.

Mr. Pumphrey moved to make Mrs. Elizabeth Reese Chief Clerk
and Mr. Raymond H. Miller Assistant Chief Clerk.

House Resolution No. 4—By Messrs. Robinson, Clark and
Ramsburg:
House Resolution expressing the appreciation of the House of
Delegates to the Honorable C. Ferdinand Sybert.
WHEREAS, the Honorable C. Ferdinand Sybert of Howard County
again is in the post of Speaker of the House of Delegates of Mary-
land; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Sybert has served this House well and faithfully
during the regular sessions of 1947, 1949 and 1950, and also during
the Special Sessions of 1947, 1948, 1949 and July, 1950; and
