HERBERT R. O'CONOR, GOVERNOR. 1731

(a) To Hospital for Consumptives of Maryland (Eudo-
wood), Towson, Maryland.

(b) To General German Aged People's Home, 22 Athol Ave-
nue, Irvington, Baltimore, Maryland.

(c) To The Children's Hospital School, Inc., Greenspring
Avenue and 41st Street, Baltimore, Maryland.

(d) To The Maryland School for the Blind, Overlea, Mary-
land.

186. To bequest contained in the Will of Mary F. Kennedy,
late of Baltimore City, Maryland, deceased, of record in the
Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber
J. H. B. No. 193, folio 57: To Saint Ambrose Catholic Church,
Baltimore, Maryland.

187. To the bequest contained in the Will of James D. Cof-
fin, recorded in Liber F.E.H. No. 22, folio 64, one of the Will
Records of Worcester County, to the Vestry of St. Paul's P. E.
Church, Berlin, Maryland, of the sum of five hundred dollars
($500.00), the income to be used for the upkeep of the grave
yard.

188. To deed from Joseph Levy and Rosa Levy to B'Nai
Abraham Congregation of the property known as 2117 Brook-
field Avenue, said deed to be recorded in the Land Records of
Baltimore City.

189. To a deed to the Trustees of the Beth Jacob Congrega-
tion Anshe Sfard Upper Park Heights from J. Calvin Carney,
Trustee, dated July 26, 1939, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. 5943, Folio 470,
etc., conveying in fee simple the lot of ground, with the im-
provements thereon, described in said deed and situate at the
southeast corner of Park Heights Avenue and Pinkney Road
in Baltimore City.

190. The following bequests contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Louise W. Albach, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased, said Will being dated June 17th, 1938, and recorded
in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in
Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 197, folio 573.

(a) $1,600.00 to St. Stephens Evangelical Lutheran Congre-
gation, for the uses therein set forth.

(b) $110.00 to the Ladies' Aid Society of the above-named
Congregation.

(c) $110.00 to the Missionary Society of the above-named
Congregation.

(d) $110.00 to the Home Department of the Sunday School
of the above-named Congregation.
