CHAPTER 785.
(House Bill 579)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 48
of Article 99 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939
Edition), title "Water Fowl—Birds and Game", sub-title
"Water Fowl and Migratory Birds, Use of Boats Prohibited,.
Blinds", providing for the prosecution of trespass in any
other person's booby, brush or stake blind.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 48 of Article 99 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Water Fowl—Birds and
Game", sub-title "Water Fowl and Migratory Birds, Use of
Boats Prohibited, Blinds", be and it is hereby repealed and!
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
48. It shall be unlawful for any person to enter, use or
occupy any other person's booby, brush or stake blind, which
is licensed as provided for in this sub-title, for the purpose
of hunting water fowl, without first obtaining the permission
from the licensee of said blind. Any person violating any pro-
vision of this section shall be deemed guilty of trespass; and:
be subjected to the penalty as herein provided for other viola-
tion under this sub-title. The prosecution of such offenders
shall be made and proceedings instituted by the Game Warden
or Deputy Game Warden, Police Officer or Constable or the
licensee of said blind.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
96, 97 and 100 of Article 48A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Insurance", sub-title "Fire
Insurance", providing for the registering of all policies of
unauthorized insurance and prescribing penalties for viola-
tions of the Act.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 96, 97 and 100 of Article 48A of the Anno-
