9. To deed from Title Inc., a body corporate, to Most
Reverend Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic Archbishop of
Baltimore, etc., a corporation sole, dated May 23, 1940 and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in
Liber C. W. B. Jr. No. 1104, folio 230, conveying fee-simple
property.
