In Dorchester, Kent, Talbot and Somerset Counties the
Clerk of the Circuit Court for each of said counties shall
forthwith remit all license fees collected by him, less a fee
of one dollar for the issuance of each license, to the Board
of County Commissioners for said county, and the Board of
County Commissioners shall use such portion of such re-
receipts as may be necessary to pay refunds as hereinafter
provided, and devote the balance to general purposes of the
county.

In Frederick County the Clerk of the Circuit Court for
said county shall forthwith remit all license fees collected
by him, less a fee of one dollar for the issuance of each
license, to the Board of County Commissioners for said
County who shall use such portion of said fees as may be
necessary to pay refunds as hereinafter provided. Where
the licensed place of business is located in an incorpo-
rated town, fifty percentum of the net license fee shall be
payable to the incorporated town and the remaining fifty
percentum, and all of the net license fees for places of busi-
ness located outside an incorporated town, shall be used by
the County Commissioners for the benefit of the Children's
Aid Society in said County.

In Howard County the Clerk of the Circuit Court for
said county shall forthwith remit to the Board of County
Commissioners all license fees collected by him, less a fee
of one dollar for the issuance of each license, and the Coun-
ty Commissioners shall use such portion of the net re-
ceipts from such license fees as may be necessary to pay
refunds as hereinafter provided, and the balance shall be
used by the Board of County Commissioners for the benefit
of the pension fund for indigent persons to the extent
necessary and any excess shall be used by the said Board
for the benefit of the Howard County Public Health Asso-
ciation; and all fines imposed for any violation of any of
of the provisions of this Act are to be remitted to the
Board of County Commissioners and used for the same
purposes as above set forth.

In Prince George's County the Clerk of the Circuit Court
for said County shall forthwith remit all license fees col-
lected by him, less a fee of one dollar for the issuance of
each license, in lieu of commissions, to the Board of Coun-
ty Commissioners who shall use such portion of such re-
ceipts as may be necessary to pay the salaries and ex-
penses of the Board of License Commissioners for said
County, and to pay refunds as hereinafter provided and
devote the balance to the general purposes of the county.
