CHAPTER 54.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
3, 4, 5, 6 and 9 of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne Arundel
County, " sub-title "Annapolis, " relating to nominations
for the office of Counselor at Primary elections in the
City of Annapolis, changing the term of office of the
Board of Election Supervisors of the City of Annapolis,
reducing the salaries of the Supervisors of Election in the
City of Annapolis and providing for the appointment of
the City Solicitor as the legal representative of the Board
of Supervisors of Election in the City of Annapolis.

CHAPTER 55.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
14 of Article 2B of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, title "Alcoholic Beverages, " sub-title, "License
Fees—Computation and Disposition, " as the same was
enacted by Chapter 2 of the Acts of the Extraordinary
Session of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1933,
relating to refunds of unearned portions of fees paid for
licenses to sell alcoholic beverages in the City of
Annapolis.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 14 of Article 2B of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Alcoholic Bever-
ages, " sub-title "License Fees—Computation and Disposi-
tion" as the same was enacted by Chapter 2 of the Acts
of the Extraordinary Session of the General Assembly of
Maryland of 1933, be and the said Section is hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted with amendments so as to read as
follows:

14. LICENSE FEES—COMPUTATION AND DISPOSITION.
The fee for each license issued for a full period of one year
shall be as hereinbefore provided, and the fee for every
license issued for less than one year (except temporary or
special licenses) shall be calculated from the date of issue
until April 30th next, after its issuance, both inclusive. The
