CHAPTER 319.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
219 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1923 Supplement), title "Licenses," sub-title "Motor
Vehicles," sub-heading "Gasoline Tax," exempting motor
boats and tractors used for operating saw mills from the
payment of the gasoline tax.

CHAPTER 320.
AN ACT to add one new section to Offutt's Revised Code of
Public Local Laws of Baltimore County, Edition 1929,
title No. 29, "Health and Sanitation" (Flack's Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland 1930, Article 3), said new
section immediately to follow Section 336 of said Offutt's
Code (Flack's 1930 Code, Article 3, Section 336) and to
be known as Section 336-A, enlarging duties and author-
ity of County Commissioners of Baltimore County by
providing for Chief Engineer to act in stead of Roads and
Metropolitan Engineers and by authorizing general levy
on Metropolitan District and/or entire County for Metro-
politan District purposes and by authorizing change in
Metropolitan District fiscal year and by authorizing re-
fund on Metropolitan District charges extinguished and
further providing for repeal of all inconsistent laws or
parts of laws, and for partial invalidity and for emerg-
ency adoption hereof.

CHAPTER 321.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Chapter
472 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of
1933, codified as Section 750A of Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, relating to the dumping
of garbage, trash and refuse within the boundaries of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District in Prince
George's County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Chapter 472 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1933, codified as Section 750A
of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, be, and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted
so as to read as follows:
750A. That the Washington Suburban Sanitary Com-
mission, be, and it is hereby authorized to maintain public
dumps within the Washington Suburban Sanitary District
