Disciples of Jesus Christ in the City of Baltimore, a body
corporate, and a religious corporation, conveying a certain
lot of ground with the improvements thereon, on the south-
east side of Copley Road, in the city of Baltimore, Md.
71. To deed dated September 2, 1910, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S.C.L.
No. 2605 folio 91, from Wilson Thomas to Appold Methodist
Episcopal Church in Baltimore City, property No. 1711 E.
Chase Street.
72. To bequests contained in the last Will of William H.
Mort, late of Thurmont, deceased, $5000 to the United
Brethren Churches of Thurmont and Rocky Ridge, for the
use of the graveyards. Recorded in Liber C.H.D. No. 1 folio
460.
73. To deed from the Trustees of the Shomre Hadath
Hebrew Congregation of Baltimore City, and Clara M. Eis-
enreich, to the Trustees of the Beth Hamedrash Hagodol
Agudath Achim Hebrew Congregation of Baltimore City,
to two lots of ground known as 2043 and 2041 East Balti-
more Street and described in a deed dated July 11,1935 and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City, in
Liber S.C.L. No. 5548 folio 249.
74. To the bequest to the Trustees of Centenary Metho-
dist Episcopal Church of Westminster, Maryland, contained
in the Last Will and Testament of Charles E. Goodwin,
deceased, late of Carroll County, of record in the office of
the Register of Wills for said County in Wills Liber W.A.
75. To the bequest of $25.00 to the Trustees of Sharp
Street M. E. Church as contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Gertrude H. Myers, late of Baltimore City
as recorded in the office of the Register of Wills.
76. To the following gifts and bequests contained in the
Last Will and Testament of Willard A. Baldwin, late of Mil-
lersville, Anne Arundel County, Maryland, deceased, viz:
1. To Mount Calvary Protestant Episcopal Church in
Baltimore, Maryland, the sum of ten thousand ($10,000.00)
dollars for the erection of a new church building, or for its
general uses and purposes. And five thousand ($5000.00)
dollars for the erection of a memorial window in said church
building.
