HOUSE RESOLUTION.
By the Second District Delegation:
A House Resolution on the death of the Honorable Frank J. Hirt.

WHEREAS, the members of the House of Delegates have learned
with profound regret of the sudden and untimely death of the
Honorable .Frank J. Hirt, for many years a member of this body,
and a member at the time of his death; and

WHEREAS, during his entire term as a mmber of this House, he
was diligent in the performance of his duties; and

WHEREAS, in the death of the Honorable Frank J. Hirt the City
of Baltimore and the State of Maryland has lost a faithful public
official; now, therefore, be it

Resolved by the House of Delegates of Maryland, That the mem-
bers of the House hereby express their deep regret on the death of
the late Honorable Frank J. Hirt and hereby express their deepest
sympathy to the members of his family; and be it further

Resolved, That this Resolution be spread upon the Journal of
the House and the Chief Clerk be and lie is hereby directed to send
a copy thereof to the family of the Honorable Frank J. Hirt.
