Maryland: Beginning at the end of the second or S. 4½° W.
70. 07 feet line described in the deed to the State of Maryland,
from the Mayor and Aldermen of Frederick, dated May 12,
1928, and recorded in Liber No. 366, folio 374, one of said
Land Records, and running thence with the third line and
parallel to the south side of West Second Street (1) S. 85°-
30' E. 32. 0 feet, thence on a line perpendicular to the south
side of West Second Street (2) S. 4°-30' W. 7. 18 feet to inter-
sect a divisional line as now laid out and running thence with
said divisional line and parallel to the south side of West
Second Street (3) N. 85°-30' W. 32. 0 feet, thence parallel to
the last above described second line (4) N. 4°-30' E. 7. 18
feet to the point of beginning.
2nd. The property hereby authorized to be conveyed is a
part of the same parcel of land which was conveyed to the
Mayor and Aldermen of Frederick by Nelson H. Reifsnider
and wife by deed dated July 31. 1926, and recorded in Liber
No. 358, folio 476, one of the Land Records for Frederick
County, Maryland: Beginning at the end of the first or N.
78° W. 40. 65 feet line in the first parcel above described as
conveyed by the State of Maryland to the Mayor and Alder-
men of Frederick and running thence (1) N. 79°-00' W. 37. 13
feet, thence (2) S. 5°-00' W. 4. 18 feet to intersect a divisional
line as now laid out and running thence with said divisional
line (3) S. 85°-30' E. 36. 91 feet to the place of beginning.
The State Armory property in Frederick, Maryland, is now
defined by the following description, to wit:
Being all of Parcels Nos. 2, 3 and 6 and parts of Parcels
No. 4, 5 and 7 as shown on said Plat recorded in Plat Book
S. T. H., folio 56, one of the land records for Frederick
County, Maryland: Beginning to include in one general out-
line all that property now owned by the State of Maryland and
occupied by the Maryland National Guard Armory in Fred-
erick at the intersection of the south line of West Second
Street and the west line of North Bentz Street, and running
thence by and with the south side of West Second Street (1)
North 85°-30' W. 376. 12 feet to a point, thence on a line per-
pendicular to the south side of said West Second Street (2)
S. 4°-30' W. 77. 25 feet to a point thence on a line parallel
to the above described first line and the south side of West
