(c) $1,000 To the First English Lutheran Church of Govans,
York Road and Harwood Ave., Baltimore, Md.

To the deed and conveyance of a lot in Baltimore County
from the Mission Board of the Baltimore Congregation belong-
ing to the Evangelical Lutheran Synodical Conference of North
America of Baltimore City to the Saint James Evangelical
Lutheran Church of Baltimore County, dated April 22, 1924,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in
Liber W. P. C. No. 593, folio 107.

To the deed and assignment of certain lots of ground in Balti-
more City from Max Levi and Abraham Levi to the Apostolic
Faith Baptist Church of the P. A. of W., Incorporated, dated
June 12, 1925, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber S. C. L. 4406, folio 426.

To the bequest contained in the will of Lucy P. Marshall,
probated and recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills of
Baltimore City, in Liber E. R. D. No. 154, Folio 567, on the
20th day of May, 1926, to the House of the All Saints Sisters
of the Poor, of Baltimore City, Presstman and Gilmor Streets,
the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.)

To the bequest in the will of Lucy P. Marshall, probated and
recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City,
in Liber E. R. D. No. 154, Folio 567, on the 20th day of May,.
1926, to the Home of the All Saints Sisters of the Poor, of
Baltimore City, the sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1500.00).

To the gift and bequest of the leasehold property known as
No. 1710 N. Fulton Ave., in Baltimore City, State of Maryland
to Strawbridge Methodist Episcopal Church of the City of
Baltimore, a body corporate of the State of Maryland, (desig-
nated as Strawbridge Methodist Episcopal Church, Park Place
and Wilson Street, in the Will hereinafter mentioned) as set
forth in the first item of the Last Will and Testament of Mary
E. Whelan, late of Baltimore City, State of Maryland, deceased,
which said will bears date of September 3rd, 1926, was duly
probated in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City on Sept. 7,
1926, and is now recorded among the records in the Office of
the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in "Wills" Liber E. R.
D., No. 156, folio 284, etc.

To the sale, grant and conveyance of a certain lot of ground in
Baltimore City, in the State of Maryland, having a front of
about two hundred and forty feet on the northeast side of
Liberty Heights Ave., comprising Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block C,
Section 6 of the Plat of Ashburton, and more particularly
described as follows: Beginning for the same at the corner
formed by the intersection of the northeast side of Liberty
