To the bequests contained in the last will and testament
of Bronislawa Wisniewski, the said will being recorded in
Liber E. R. D. 151, folio 349 in the Office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore City:
(1) To $200 to Rev. Benedict Przemielewski, Pastor of
St. Casimer's Catholic Church.
(2) To $200 to Rev. Benedict Przemielewski for masses.
To the sale, grant and deed of a certain lot of ground in
the City of Baltimore situate on the south side of 36th St.
one hundred and seventy-eight feet, four inches westerly from
Chestnut Ave., having a front of thirteen feet four inches
westerly on the south side of 36th Street and an even depth
of eighty-five feet to the north side of a ten foot alley to
the Trustees of Grace Methodist Episcopal Church of Wood-
berry, Baltimore County, by James McLaren, by his deed dated
November ,26th, 1907 and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber R. O. 2388 folio 122 etc., and that
the leasehold title vest absolutely in said corporation, its suc-
cessors and assigns, to its own and their own use and behoof.
Being known as No. 287 West 36th St. subject to a ground
rent of $48.00.
(1) To the bequest of $500 to the Board of Stewards of
Spedden's M. E. Church of Dorchester County, as contained
in the last will and testament of Wm. L. Richardson, filed
November 4, 1920, and recorded in Liber R. P. S. No. 2,
folio 387 of the Register of Wills' Office of Dorchester County.
(2) To the conveyance by Kate V. Dawson and Annie
'Spedden North, executrixes of Emma Spedden, to 5 sq. perches
of land to Spedden's M. E. Church of Dorchester County;
the said will being filed May 2, 1922, and recorded in Liber
H. P. S. No. 2, folio 482 of the Register of Wills' Office of
Dorchester County.
(3) To the bequest of $1,000 to the Trustees of the Wil-
mington M. E. Conference for the benefit of Beckwith's M.
E. Church of Dorchester County, as contained in the last
will and testament of Jerome Thomas; said will being filed
May 5, 1921, and recorded in Liber R. P. S. No. 2, folio 413,
in the Register of Wills' Office of Dorchester County.
To the bequest of $100.00 to the Trustees of St. Matthews
Lutheran Church of the City of Baltimore, contained in the Will
of Helene Breining, said Will being duly probated and now
