said City shall have made provisions for completing said plaza
in accordance with the provisions of said Ordinance No. 1401
or satisfied the Governor, Comptroller of the Treasury, and
Treasurer, or a majority of them, that such provisions will
be made and the work completed in accordance with said ordi-
nance.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That the County Commis-
sioner of the several Counties of the State, and the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore are hereby respectively directed to
levy State taxes for the year 1929 at three one-hundredths
(3/100) of one cent on each one hundred dollars ($100) of
assessable property; for the year 1930 at three one-hundredths
(3/100) of one cent on each hundred dollars ($100) of assess-
able property; for the year 1931 and annually thereafter to
and including the year 1943 at five one-hundredths (5/100)
of one cent on each one hundred dollars ($100) of assessable
property, to be collected according to law, to meet the interest
on the amount of said certificates outstanding and also to meet
and redeem so much of the principal in each of said years as
will be represented by certificates redeemable in each year,
respectively, as herein specified in Section 2 of this Act.

SEC. 8. And be it. further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1927.

CHAPTER 634.

AN ACT to incorporate "Amish Mennonite Children's Home

Association, Inc. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That H. S. Yoder, and Noah Brenneman, and S. J. Miller,
and J. B. Miller, and S. C. Orendorf, and S. M. Yoder, of Gar-
rett County, and State of Maryland, be and they are hereby
constituted a body, corporate under the name and style of
"Amish Mennonite Children's Home Association, Incorpo-
rated. "

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the object and pur-
pose of said Corporation is to establish and maintain a home or
place in Garrett Comity, Maryland, where it can receive and
have in charge, care for and protect, instruct and teach, destitute
