58. To deed executed by Curtis Creek Mining Furnace
& Manufacturing to the Trustees of the Warfield Methodist
Protestant Church of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, dated
April 30th, 1925, and recorded among the land records of
Anne Arundel County in Liber W. N. W. No. 107, folio 63,
etc., conveying lots 13 and 14, in Block 51, on Amended Plat
No. 4.

59. To the deed executed by Joseph J. Carter and Mar-
garet Carter to the Trustees of the Warfield Methodist Prot-
estant Church of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, in Liber
W. N. W. No. 81, folio 137, etc., being part of Block No. 47
on the plat of Glenburnie, recorded among the land records of
Anne Arundel County in Liber S. H. No. 35, folio 104.

60. To the deed executed by George S. Brown et al. to the
Abbott Presbyterian Chapel of Baltimore County, dated March
9th, 1883, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore
County in Liber W. M. I. No. 134, folio 124, etc., conveying
a lot of ground at the intersection of the north side of Highland
Avenue or Bank Street and the east side of Highland Avenue
or First Street, in Baltimore City.

61. To the deed executed by James Manderson et al. to the
Abbott Presbyterian Chapel of Baltimore County, dated June
29th, 1883, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore
County in Liber W. M. I. No. 138, folio 201, etc., conveying
a lot of ground on the east side of Highland Avenue or First
Street at the distance of 125 feet north from the north side of
Highland Avenue or Bank Street, the improvements being
No. 321 South Highland Avenue.

62. To the deed from David T. Edwards and Elizabeth
Edwards, his wife, to Abbott Presbyterian Chapel of Balti-
more County, dated the 15th day of January, 1925, and re-
corded among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber S.
C. L. No. 4325, folio 52, etc., conveying porperty No. 4432
