 The Same Charles at August Court last being on the
third tuesday of Said Month and the Seventeenth day of
the Same Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and
thirty one Entered into Recognizance in the Sum of
ten Thousand pounds of Tobacco for his appearance to Novemb.r Court after to
answer unto an Informacon for marrying a Certain Mary Laskey out of the
province &c.a  The Same being Continued from the Same Nov.r Court untill the
then next March ^Court^ foll. and from the Same March Court was ordered to be Cont.d
untill the then next June Court foll. and from the Same June Court was ordered
to be Cont.d untill the then next August Court foll.  And now here at the
Same August Court being the third tuesday in Said Month Anno Dom. Seventeen
hundred and thirty two Came the afd Charles Smith and in his proper
person appeared to the Same Recognizance and prayd he might be disch.d
from the Same    Ordered by the Court here that the Same Recognizance be
discharged  The Same Recognizance is by this Court here disch.d there being no
cause Shewn to the Contrary
