as prayd    The afd Thomas Clarkes Recognizance and the afd John Dempsters
Recognizance for the afd Thomas Clark are by this Court here disch.d  There
being no cause Shewn to the Contrary

    George Macay his recognizance from Nov.r Court last Continued for
his appearance as an Evid.c for his Lord Ship against the afd Thomas
