planter and acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in
the Sum of twenty pounds Sterl to be paid to his Said Lord Ship his heirs and Successors
Conditionally that if the afd Noah Hamton Shall not make his personall appearance
at the next Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in Nov.r next then and there
to Answer unto what Shall be objected against him on his Lord Ships behalf on Account
of his dealing with a Servant of M.r Simon Wilmer without leave and in the
mean time he is to be of good behav.r wherewith the Same Abraham Ambrose
acknowledges himself to be therewith Content
