Kent County fs Be it Remembered that on the 3.d of Aprill Anno 1731 came Thomas
Aires before me the Subscriber (one of the right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry Justices
of the peace for the afd County) and Acknowledges himself to be justly Indebted
to the afd Lord prop.r in the Sum of five pounds Sterl to be Leveyed on his Goods
& Chattles lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the afd Thomas
Aires do make his personall appearance before his Ld Ships Justices of his Ld
Ships Court to be held for this County afd at Chester Town on the fifteenth
day of June next to give Evidence on behalf of the Said Lord prop.r against
a Certain Roger Fouzzing on Suspicion of felony then the above Recogniz.c
to  be void Else to Remain in full force

    And now here at this Court to wit the fifteenth day of June Anno Domini one
Thousand Seven hundred and thirty one Came the afd Thomas Aires and in
his proper person ap.rd  Ordered by the Court here that the Same Recognizance
be disch.d  Thereupon the Same Recognizance of the afd Thomas Aires be
disch.d

    Kent County fs  The Jurors for the Right Honourable the Lord p.rp.ry
that now is for the Body of Kent County afd upon their Oath do present
that Roger Fuzzon late of S.t Pauls Parish in the County afd the Servant
of William Slipper the tenth day of May Anno Domini Seventeen hundred
thirty & one with force and Arms at the Parish afd in the County afd
within the Jurisdicion of this Court two Yards of hair Cloath of the
Value of eighty pounds of Tobacco of the goods and Chattles of a certain
Thomas Aires then and there being found then and there did feloniously did
Steal take and bear away Contrary to the Peace of the Said Lord
prop.ry that now is his good rule and Government and against the
form of the Act of Assembly in Such case Lately made and
provided
