To which Indictm.t the sd Richard Dawson pleades not
guilty and for Tryal puts himselfe upon the Country
                                        S Wilmer Clk

And the King in like manner Macklin p Rege

Command was therfore given to the sheft of Kent County
to cause Twelve good and Lawfull men of his Bailiwick
to come before this Court to Try the Issue Joyned as
above which Jury are viz

John Weyatt
Stephen Whetston
Thomas Steevens
John Johnson
Peter Peterson
John Tillard
John Merriday
Nicholas Massey
Rob.t Dunn
John Hamer
John Hues
John Sweatnam

Jurors

which jury being duely sworne to Try the Issue Joyned &c.a

Thomas Weyatt and Judith his Wife George Powel and
Nicholas Hayes all sworne to give in their Evidence ^being sum^ on his
Maj.ties behalfe The Court and Jury haveing heard the
Evidences and pleadings on both sides the Court giveth the
jury their Charge who withdraw some time to consider on y.e
premises and after some time doe returne and being called over
according to y.e above pannel as allsoe y.e sd Richard Dawson and
the sd jury by their foreman say that the sd Richard Dawson is not
guilty as he standes indicted

Therfore it is considered by this Court that the sd Richard be
discharged from the sd Indictm.t and goe from hence without
day
