Therfore it is considered by this Court that the Plt William Coursey doe Recover from the Defend.t John Sparkes as well the aforesd sume of Nine hundred poundes of Tobaccoe as allsoe the sume of One hundred Ninety and Nine poundes of Tobaccoe cost of suit S Wilmer Clk John Ingram bound to Nicholas Hurt For and dureing the Tearme of Five Yeares And the sd Nicholas doth hereby obliege himselfe to learne ^him^ the Trade of a Cooper and att y.e Expiracon of his time to give him a New suit of Clothes and a sett of Coopers Tooles Court adjournes until To Morrow 8.t of the Clock November y.e 24.th Anno Dom 1697 the same Court sitts againe present as before The Grand Jury being called over present these Following Bills viz William Hollingsworth and Robert Heard presented for Killing an Yearling Bull and cutting oft his Eares Richard Dawson p.rsented for Breaking open the house of William Sigley Thomas Smith and James Wilson overseers of the High waies on the south side of Chester River presented for not makeing them according to Law |
