Therfore it is considered by this Court that the Defendant Jonathan
Newton doe Recover from the Plt James Ringgold as
well the sume of Fifty poundes of Tobaccoe for a Non suit as
allsoe the sume of One hundred Seaventy and Four poundes
of Tobaccoe cost of suit

found in his Bailiwick and him safe Keepe soe that he have his
Body before his Maj.ties Justices att the Next Court to Answer unto
William Glanvile of a plea of Trespasse upon the case
