y.e s.d Cornelius Comegyes his heirs or assignes or their Counsell learned
in y.e Law shall be reasonably Desired Advised or Required so as the s.d John
Barnes his heirs or assignes and Elizabeth his wife her heirs or assignes or any
such other person or persons who shall be Required to make such further assurances
be not Compelled further the City of Snt Marys for the Doing or executting
of y.e same And be it known to all persons that we the s.d John Barnes and Elizabeth
my wife with Joynt Content by this Presents Do Constitute ordaine and
appoint our true trusty and welbeloved friend John Jones our true & lawfull
Attorney for us and in our names and stead to appeare before his Lordships
Justice of y.e Peace for y.e s.d County of Kent and in Due and Lawfull manner
in open Courtt acknowledge y.e above written indenture to be y.e proper act & deed
of us y.e s.d John Barnes and Elizabeth Barnes and also such order and releas
Caes in such Caeses here And stomed all y.e Rights title and interest w.ch y.e s.d Eliz
