And Whereupon the said Thomas Withersby by William Hemsley his
Attorney saith that whereas the said Robert the 15.th day of November
Anno Dom 1692 became indebted unto the said Thomas the said sume
of 1628.ll of Tobaccoe for costs and damages adjudged unto him in Talbot
County Court the day and Yeare aforesaid before Edward Mann Esq.r &
the rest of his Brethren Associate Judges of the said Court the Transcript
of the said Records are here in Court brought Yett notwithstanding
the said Thomas the Judgment and determinacon of the said Court
in noe case minding Regarding the said sume of 1628.ll of Tobaccoe
unto the said Thomas he hath not paid alltho often demanded but
the same to pay he hath denied to pay and render to the damage of
the said Thomas Three Thowsand poundes of Tobaccoe and therupon he
brings this suit
                                Hemsley p q.r Jn.o Doe Ri Roe pledg &c.a

And But the said Robert Draughton neither by himselfe nor by his
Attorny now appearing Judgm.t is Awarded for the said sume

Therfore it is considered by this Court that the Plt doe recover
from the Defend.t Robert Draughton as well the aforesaid sume of
sixteene hundred Twenty and Eight poundes of Tobaccoe as allsoe
the sume of Three hundred Ninety and Two poundes of Tobaccoe
cost of suit
