581 (297) 3.d That Att. pleas bee filed with the Clerk within Five dayes before the Court of Tryal which shall be the next Court after Appearence taken except sufficient reason shewen to the contrary to be allowed of by the Court 4.th That the Court take care that the Attornies order theire pleadings regularly first the plt Attorny to open the case without interrupcon And then the Defend.t Attorny in the same Manner to make his defence The plts Attorny to have the close in pleading and that neither use any undecent speech each to other under the penaltie of One hundred poundes of Tobaccoe to be paid by any Attorny failing in any of the aforesaid Articles 5.th In all accons where the fact is tried by a Petit Jury the several and respective Jurors are hereby warned that after they have Agreed on their verdict they Keepe the same secrett untill the Court demand their verdict publickly under the penalty of One hundred poundes Tob or according to the Nature of the Matter as the Court shall think fitt 6.th Ordered that all persons summoned either as Juror or Evidence to any certaine Court if the said Court happen to be adjourned to some farther time the persons soe summoned are hereby required to make their apprance att the said Adjourned Court according to the Nature of the summons without any farther Notice from the sheerif 7.th Ordered that the sheerif on every Court day doe returne all his Writts to the Clerk by Nine of the Clock in the Morneing under the penalty of Two hundred poundes of Tobaccoe |
