there cause if any he have why he did not appeare according
to the said Summons

John Laycock being called but not appearing y.e same order
as for William Harris John Nade swore Margarett Kelly
swore John Bowles swore Mary Chandler Elz Steevens and
Jane Cummins swore and declaring to the Court and Jury the
Truth of theire Knowledge and being pleaded to by Earickson on
their Maj.ties behalfe and Defended by the said Miller the Court
give the Jury theire Charge who withdraw some time to Consider
of the matter before them and then returne and the said Elias
King and Mary Tilden being called and likewise the Jury
by theire respective Names aforementioned are demanded by
the Court wether the said Elias King and mary Tilden be guilty
according to the recited presentm.t which Jury by theire
Foreman Answer that they are not guilty according as
they stand presented

John Stookes and Sarah his Wife James Dunnahoe and Sarah Ford
being presented by the grand Jury James Dunnahoe ondly
appeare and the presentm.t being read no person appeares to
prosecute y.e said presentm.t

Therefore it is ordered by this Court that the said James Dunnahoe
be discharged from the said presentm.t

The Court adjournes for an Hower
